The Porsche Panamera has been available as a liftback since 2013. The German-made car offers a wide range of engines, including petrol, diesel and hybrid. The most powerful model is the Panamera Turbo S with 419 kW, which can reach a top speed of 310 km/h and the best acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.
